用料:


黄油                                45g


糖粉                                30g


淡奶油                             10g


3合一速溶咖啡                  20g


低粉                              100g


无铝泡打粉                         2g




做法:


1. 室温软化黄油并加入糖粉搅拌至细化无颗粒状


2. 加入速溶咖啡粉和奶油,继续搅拌均匀


3. 加入过筛面粉和泡打粉搅拌均匀,并揉成光滑面团


4. 将光滑的面团上去小块搓成咖啡豆的椭圆形依次间隔排在烤盘上(每个拇指关节大小左右)


5. 取牙签在每个椭圆体上中间纵向向下压出咖啡豆裂纹,切勿用力过猛压断


6. 烤箱预热170°C, 烘焙20分钟即可
